CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase, as our team begins processing orders as quickly as possible. After this window, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.


RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we are here to help.
Below are the guidelines for eligible returns:


Eligible Returns — Pre-Made & Ready-to-Ship Items

We accept returns for new, unused, and unworn Pre-Made or Ready-to-Ship items within 14 days of your delivery date.
Eligible returns may receive Store Credit or Exchange.

Items must be returned:

  • In mint condition

  • In original packaging

  • With tracking from a carrier of your choice (U.S. orders only)


Non-Returnable Items — Hygiene & Safety

To protect all customers and comply with hygiene standards:

Earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable

unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This applies to all earring types including studs, hoops, huggies, threaders, and chain earrings.

Please consider this before completing your purchase.


Custom & International Orders

  • Custom Made-to-Order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • International shipments are typically non-returnable.
    However, customer satisfaction is a priority — please contact our Care Team if you need assistance.


Refund Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear or alteration

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

A small restocking fee may apply.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will happily replace it or issue a store credit.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
